O Γιάννης Αντετοκούνμπο, ήταν για άλλη μια φορά ο μεγάλος πρωταγωνιστής  των Μπακς στη νίκη τους επί των Πίστονς με 108-105  (95-95  κανονική διάρκεια).

Η νίκη αυτή έφερε τους Μπακς πιο κοντά στα play-offs.

Ο Γιάννης πέτυχε  28 πόντους (7/15 διπ., 0/1 τριπ., 14/21 βολ.), 14 ριμπάουντ και 9 ασίστ, ενώ είχε επίσης 1 κλέψιμο, 2 κοψίματα και έκανε 4 λάθη.
